What is FSR?
Flightsimradar is a live flight tracker built for the flight simulation community.
Our goal is to provide a realistic flight radar for the simulation community where you can track flights with a immersive experience.
How it began
Flightsimradar started after Keurneuj was tired of using every radar out there. He felt like there was something missing and that is when the project for Flightsimradar has started.
It sounds crazy, but it’s incredibly cool and realistic to share a virtual flight with friends and family just like you would with Flightradar24. Being able to watch a virtual flight live in 3D or 2D is exactly what makes Flightsimradar unique.
Many nights were spent coding everything from scratch to get every detail right. A big priority is keeping the radar open: no account is needed to be tracked and flight history stays visible even after disconnecting. For those who want more, linking an account unlocks extra features that take the experience to the next level. It’s a massive project, but seeing the community actually use the radar makes all the work worth it.
