By accessing Flightsimradar, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms. We reserve the right to modify this page at any time.
Flightsimradar is meant for for simulation purposes
Flightsimradar is an independent radar. Data is provided exclusively for flight simulation purposes, such as tracking. It must never be compared to real-world flights, or as a substitute for official aviation information. We are not responsible for consequences resulting from misuse.

Usage Policies
Proprietary Rights
All software, design assets, and original algorithms are the exclusive property of Flightsimradar. Reverse engineering or redistribution is strictly prohibited.
Third-Party Intellectual Property
Flightsimradar displays airline logos, aircraft photos, and other materials sourced from third-party APIs (such as Planespotters.net) and public repositories. All trademarks, logos, and copyrights remain the property of their respective owners. Flightsimradar claims no ownership over these specific assets and uses them strictly for immersive, simulation-based identification purposes.
Network Policy
Usage of data from the VATSIM and IVAO networks through our platform implies your compliance with their respective Data Usage Policies and Codes of Conduct.
Geopolitical Data
Geographic data and country flags are sourced from international ISO/ICAO datasets for immersion. Their display does not imply any political stance by Flightsimradar.
Fair Access
Automated scraping, API abuse, or actions that degrade performance for others will result in an immediate and permanent IP-based ban.
External Content
We do not control and are not responsible for data transmitted through third-party networks or the behavior of users on those networks.
Data Accuracy
Flight data is provided with a variable delay and may contain errors. Flightsimradar does not guarantee 100% accuracy or real-time precision of any displayed information.
Premium & Billing
FSR Premium grants access to enhanced features and is processed securely via Stripe. By upgrading, you agree to the recurring billing cycle, which you can manage or cancel at any time.
Refund Policy
Since FSR Premium is instantly available and donations are a gift to keep the project alive, payments are generally non-refundable. If there’s a genuine mistake or a billing error, just contact us and we’ll take a look.
Liability

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. FLIGHTSIMRADAR SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF DATA, PROFITS, OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION ARISING FROM THE USE OF OUR SERVICES.
We do not guarantee that the radar will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that the data displayed is 100% accurate in real-time. Usage is at the user's own risk.
